#Abstract
Beginning by the lifestories of the professionals of education in the Porto museums, we try to understand its speaches and practices, leading to possible profiles. By the way, there are explored the academic formation and professional experiences, the factors of influence, the necessities, the motivations, and difficulties felt by the technicians of this museum’s area. The museum is also explored while a paradigm in constant development and while a space of knowledge and learning in the present days.
