Visita Guiada : uma Expressão da Dimensão Educativa

AbstractFollowing the idea that one of the functions of the museum is to educate, the main focus is to approach the guided tour practice as an expression of the museums educative dimension in the context of the educational services. The choice of this theme as to do with the fact that guided tour is the activity most common and apparently consensual among the diversity of initiatives announced by educational services and with the general assumption that guided tour is the minimum service that the museum announces to be able to guarantee even without or with a reduce educational services team. This poster aims to draw attention to the need of defining principles and methods for the practice of this direct mediation with audience, and at the same time improving the educative action of the museum and, therefore, its social relevance.
