#Abstract
The informational skills are essential to the cultural professionals for a correct management of the institution. The Information and the communication technologies have spread in all the professional ambiences and the culture has not been foreign to this complaint. Most of the Museums are provided with specializing information services, like libraries and Documentation centers, but often, the user has not the necessary formation to obtain the best results in the experience, also if the professionals of these services, have the suitable formation, establishing refresher courses, parameters and familiarización with the new technologies necessary for the maximum efficiency in the management of the information that the Museums hoard. In this communication it is a question of defining the concept of Informacional Literacy (ALFIN in spanish) and his adaptation to the space and to the services of a museum; this concept is studied from the point of view of the user and it is extrapolated to the skills of the professionals. There is analyzed also the practical case of the workshops of Informacional Literacy given by the Contemporary Art museum of León (MUSAC) and his information service.
