AbstractMuseologic communication tends to personificate its message. In other words it will be in touch through emotions, as a way to humanly get closer to its user’s community. Services will be the handy tool to underline such trend and achieve the ambitioned democratization. Nowadays technology allows sophistication, especially in on-line procedures, and such resource is something very practical and accessible for museums in order to achieve higher levels of engagement and fidelization of its publics
