#Abstract
Through the upcoming of the territory museums or ecomuseums, museology widens the scope of its surveys about heritage beyond the objects, expanding not only the models of museums, but also the processes of musealization that include both cultural and natural heritage. In this sense, the concept of cultural landscape is defined by the Convention of the UNESCO, held in 1972 in Paris for the protection of the world, cultural and natural heritage, as sets or groups of separate or connected buildings which, because of their architecture, their homogeneity or their place in the landscape, are of outstanding universal value from the point of view of history, art or science, as well as works of man or combined works of man and nature,that is to say, areas that include archaeological sites of outstanding universal value from the historical, aesthetic, ethnological or anthropological point of view. Man and his community become subjects of this process of musealization for the preservation of the cultural landscape. We are carrying out a survey of the cultural landscape in the source area, collecting data for the inventory of the natural and cultural heritage. At the same time, we perform educational actions to recognize the values printed on the cultural landscape related to heritage. The research, collection and inventory of immovable property were carried out as field work, as well as the interviews, the life stories, the participant observations and the museological documentation. The preliminary results emphasized the raising of the selfesteem and the cultural revitalization of the community. Key words: Landscape. Heritage. Memory. Economy. Ecomuseum
