#Abstract
In this text, dedicated to the study of the relations between the human rights and globalization, we try to conceptualize the emergence of the problematic of human rights and its historic development. Besides a discussion about the foundation and nature of human rights, we analyse the complex relation between the proclamation of their universality and their instrumentalization in practice.
