In Portugal, in the eighteenth century, along with works that explicitly offer educational programs targeted to the education of women, will emerge a different kind of texts, also pedagogical and didactic in nature, that, in addition they can also focus on teaching various areas of knowledge (not just one program in the strict sense), recommend and prescribe both behavioral norms and moral teachings.
