#Abstract
This article proposes to demonstrate that the numerous textual similarities between the chapter De ordine partium orationis in Nebrija’s Introductiones Latinae and the chapter entitled Tractatus octauus de modo cons-truendi in Daniel Sisón’s Grammaticale compendium published on the 29th September, 1490, clearly reveal such intrinsic interrelationships that they can only be explained as plagiarism. This idea finds further support when we consider the paragraphs and sentences this grammarian from Andalusia suppressed in his book, as it seems clear that he was careful enough to eliminate all the references that, outside the general context of Sisón’s work, made no sense or revealed that the chapter was a simple imitation of the original text.
