There are several evidences of a close relationship between a quality of life degradation, like an increase of respiratory and allergic pathologies and the urban modus vivendi.In this paper we will seek to demonstrate that some acute asthma cases in children under 10 occur during the periods of more intense urban heat island and when the air quality degradation is greater in Porto area.
