#Abstract
In this note the author gives a brief account of O Avesso das Coisas, a work by Carlos Drummond de Andrade, which was published posthumously. This collection of aphorisms (which the author calls minimal) is organized from A to Z, and is characterized by a humour which is rarely on the side of happiness and attempts to reveal the darker side of things.
