#Abstract
In the comparative study of the cultural and creative networks, it is imperative the contribution of theoretical information society, cultural networks and the creative economy in the urban context. In this study, seek to deepen the theme of cultural and creative networks. According to Neves (2004) the creation of cultural networks is part of a cultural policy guideline that aims to provide the country with equipment capable of meeting the requirements currently recognized as the most appropriate dissemination and cultural reception. On the other hand, the creative networks aim to design and implement an appropriate governance model to support increased capacity and creative entrepreneurship, the growth of creative businesses and the attractiveness of places, aimed at reinforcing the critical mass of creative capital of the region . It will be our interest to reflect on the possible connection of the same and the growing sustainable development both as enhancer forces of a growing rapprochement between the economic dimension of culture and the cultural dimension of the economy, as two sides of the same coin (Jameson, 1996).
