#Abstract
Philosophical-legal thinking is at a crossroads. The various currents and schools do not seem to dialogue with one another. However, there are always the great traditions. One of the great traditions is the theory of Natural Law. However, apart from a few indefectible bastions, it is not fashionable nowadays. Can Jusnaturalism still be saved with the help of a perspective of Modernity, a critical approach, and also with other less expected contributions? Among these contributions is that of Confucius. Can the wisdom of Confucius illustrate and inspire a regeneration of Natural Law, not only traditional, but for the Future?
