#Abstract
The European Union’s tax policy has experienced new challenges inherent to known problems of all its citizens such as Harmful Tax Competition, Abusive Tax Planning, Evasion and Tax Fraud or Cooperation between Tax Administrations. Knowing these topics and their fight back measures will help to motorize the redoubled effort of Nations, EU and the entire international community in order to achieve a fairer, simpler and more efficient taxation.
