Economia circular : como lidar com a complexidade?,

Documento (.pdf)
AbstractReal-world systems are complex, not understandable through simple analysis of the parts or agents, hence these are linked to the returns of the bonds. There are no separate systems - there is a continuum: the boundaries or limits depend on purposes and intended models. Techniques search for continuous improvement, with digital technology and computing models that reflect the world and its complexity models were developed. Big Data and Internet of Things lead organizations and society to adopt concepts that are present in our daily lives. In education, the adaptive and complex nature of the real world is recognized and systems thinking is used. Understanding how the parties influence each other within a whole (and in the economic, environmental, and social contexts) and the relationship of the whole to the parts is crucial. Systems thinking is related to real-world systems: nonlinear, feedback-rich, and interdependent. In these, initial conditions with feedbacks lead to surprising consequences, with results not proportional to inputs. Such systems nonlinear, require greater flexibility and adaptability to changes. This article addresses how to think of systems to deal with complexity and achieve more effectiveness than efficiency; how to generate cyclic metabolisms that allow synergies with the accumulation of intelligence; what can be the principles of complex systems, what is meant by "thinking in systems" in an efficiency, to identify problems and opportunities, and the usefulness of cutting-edge technology to know the whole. Show activities that explore interconnectivity, resilience, and transition phases of complex adaptive systems, and how these are important for transitions of paradigm as the new of the Circular Economy.
