#Abstract
This article aims to analyze the precariousness of the seasonal workers, hired by the Trialcool plant, for manual cane harvesting in the micro region of Ituiutaba, MG. The methodology used to develop this work begins with a bibliographical review to understand the dynamics of the phenomenon to be studied, and also to build a theoretical framework. Another step in the methodology refers to the collection of data from primary source, through field work whose objective is to identify the social subjects that are currently included in this report. At that time, we have the interviews with migrant workers, mainly, weekends and holidays.
