#Abstract
This is just a very simplified introduction to an aspect of the contemporary problematic of the subject and subjectivity, inspired by Lacanian psychoanalysis, which has been continually restructuring the field opened by Freud, one of the greatest «revolutions» in the history of thought, active since the beginning of the 20th century. It opposes either the announced «death of the subject» or a traditional, one-sided conception of it. In spite of the perspectives opened up by all sciences, psychoanalysis operates mainly at the individual level, and its philosophical implications, being inseparable from clinical practice, are indeed subversive. Briefly, the question is: how do each of us, in order to live, need the illusion of enunciating himself/ herself as «I»? What, after all, is the subject, how is this fiction «constructed»?
