#Abstract
The purpose of this research is, from the perspective of the sociology of art, to analyze the RASTRO project, carried out since 2011, in the cities of the interior of Ceará. In it, the artist Weaver F. proposed the realization of graffitis in public spaces and in the façades of houses that still retain in their architecture characteristics typical of the northeastern sertão. The artistic interventions carried out in the sertão have advocated the valorization of local culture as a factor of social inclusion. The project would thus guarantee the population the contact with the art through an action aligned to the governmental political action in its different spheres, giving to all the access to the diversity of cultural goods. Through a methodology inspired by the microsociology, this research relates the various means used by the RASTRO project (dissemination material, interventions, lectures and exhibitions), while revealing the course of a wider social transformation suffered by Interior of the state. In this perspective, the interventions provide aesthetic experiences that act as agents of the creation of social conditions of possibility for reconfiguration of affective relations with the city.
