#Abstract
This paper will question if the testamentary execution of Infanta Dona Maria’s (1521-1577) according her requirements. The research analyzes Infanta’s testaments and accounting officers’ books that were responsible for its implementation. In that way, this paper will recognize abnormal cases that will question if there was undue delivery of pensions, favoring family members rather than other subjects or individuals and entities that were harmed or privileged. It is also a goal, profiling the pensionaries in order to understand the criteria of choice of the one that was considered «the wealthiest princess of Christianity».
