#Abstract
The Portuguese Inquisition is deeply studied about the denunciations, the accused their sentences. However, as far as the escape of the Jews to other countries are few the known works and those that exist are outdated in the indicted of the discovery of new sources. This study is based on the analysis of a primary source, from which one tries to know the flows of escape of the Portuguese Jews and their processes of integration in Amsterdam in 17th century. As a research methodology, we rely on a theoretical-methodological framework supported by the qualitative analysis of the source and by the contributions of authors who have been working on the theme.
