#Abstract
This article’s main purpose is to identify, through the telling of the witnesses, the existence of cases of violence and conflict present in the Royal Enquires of 1284, occurred in the “julgados” of Fermedo, Cambra, Sever and Figueiredo. Therefore, this research shall attempt to underline the characters who resort to these mechanisms and what are their motivations, as well the victims of those actions.
