#Abstract
In this article we intend to analyze the discourse of the municipalities of Faro and Loulé in their special chapters, presented in Cortes in the fourteenth and fifteenth centuries. The special chapters of the Algarve required by these two villages will also be studied. This analysis seeks not only to better understand the relationship between the two levels of representation, but also to perceive the desires underlying the requests, their arguments, and the reception of these requests by the monarch, to better understand these two spaces and the elites who ruled them.
